It seems like the majority of the people I’m surrounded by are movers and shakers. People who are going after their dreams and making them a reality. I love this momentum because it helps me stay motivated. Its great to start a project that excites you but what do you do when the thrill is gone and you have to put that work in?
GRACE TAKES OVER
When we hit a plateau and that “umph” is not there; give yourself some grace. The grace to say to yourself “Keep at it” or “You’re further along than when you started”. Breathe in. Breathe out. Repeat.
Remember why you started and get back at it.
