I took some time today to reflect on my life. At 51 years of age, I have been blessed to STILL BE ALIVE. I began to remember significant times when my life should have been cut short. I remembered when I was in an abusive marriage and didn’t know how to get out. I remembered being suicidal because there seemed to be no other solution. I remembered doing what I thought I was big enough and bad enough to do with no regards of the consequences. I remembered finding my daddy dead in his apartment and my whole life seeming to just stop. I remembered. I remembered. I remembered. However, in my remembering, I remembered how much GOD loves me. I remembered how God protected me. I remembered how God provided for me. I remembered how God gave me my joy back. I remembered. Today is a day to say thank you, Jesus, for all you’ve done in my life.
Just wanted to share. Remember God absolutely loves you and there’s nothing you can do about it.
